My image (meaning all attributes of my personality, including my fixed or moving image, portrait, silhouette, voice, name, first name, pseudonym and signature) (hereinafter " my Image") as fixed on the photograph(s)/video(s) (hereinafter " the Contents”) taken during the filming/shooting designated below:

2. As well as any comment, opinion, interview or writing, and in general any text that I will have produced in the context of this filming/shooting

Free of charge, worldwide and for a period of 10 years, for all internal and/or external communication purposes, as well as for all public relations and press purposes, excluding any commercial use, in particular on: Audiovisual, Digital/Virtual Media, Press, Publishing, Point of Sale, Display, Public Relations & Press Media.

This authorization includes the right for the Company to make any modification, addition (including legends, comments and/or illustrations), deletion, cropping, dubbing, etc. that it deems useful to the initial fixation of my Image, comment, opinion, interview or writing, provided that it does not infringe on the attributes of my personality.

I agree that the Contents may be kept on social networks and sharing sites as originally posted, provided that the Company undertakes not to repost or authorize third parties to repost the Contents after the expiration of the above-mentioned period.

This agreement is expressly subject to French law.

Your personal data is collected and processed by the Company for the purpose of using the Contents for which you give your authorization. You have the right to access, rectify, limit, object to and delete data concerning you, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. You may exercise these rights at any time by sending an email, accompanied by a copy of your identity document, to the following address: dpo@loreal.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent personal data protection authority.
